Tuesday, December 1, 2020 marks #GivingTuesday: a global generosity movement taking place each year after Black Friday. Considered “Opening day of the giving season,” it is a time when charities, companies and individuals come together to support causes they believe in.
This #GivingTuesday, we hope that cause is INDEAL Cares.
INDEAL Cares was launched earlier this year with a vision to revolutionize the health and well-being of employees within the commercial furniture industry through a commitment to workplace wellness and holistic health.
When asked why he established INDEAL Cares; Founder, Dave Bloch, shared, “When you look at the world of contract furniture, it is about design and fulfilment, but I believe it is also about much more than that.” Dave, and his wife Cathy established INDEAL Cares in honor of their daughter, Dr. Shannon Bloch, and to provide the industry with a meaningful way to come together, not only as individuals, but as an entire industry in support of a common goal.

Supported by a group of dedicated leaders from the industry who serve on the Executive Committee, INDEAL Cares is working to do more than just talk about supporting employee health – it aims to fundamentally change the way people live and work.
INDEAL Cares’ mission - to unite the industry in philanthropy, and to support a healthy workplace - comes at a time when a focus on employee health is even more critical than ever before.
Supporting INDEAL Cares with a donation is an important way for the industry to come together and not only support other like-minded charitable organizations, but also the development of tools and resources that will benefit the industry directly. INDEAL Cares recently launched the Living Well Library; a dynamic online resource inspiring employees and leaders to embrace living well – at home and at work.
