2026 I Care Employee Wellness Survey Aims to Strengthen Industry-Wide Well-Being

INDEAL Cares has officially opened its 6th Annual I Care Employee Wellness Survey, inviting professionals across the commercial interiors industry to share their perspectives on mental, physical, and emotional well-being.
First introduced in 2020, the I Care Survey has become a cornerstone initiative in understanding the evolving needs of the industry. The survey takes just five minutes to complete and is designed to capture meaningful insights that directly inform resources and industry-wide initiatives led by INDEAL Cares.
“The value of the I Care Survey comes directly from the people who take it,” said Dave Bloch, President of INDEAL Cares and CEO of INDEAL. “It helps surface trends and challenges that might otherwise go unspoken across the industry, creating an informed foundation for how organizations think about well-being and where to focus their efforts.”
All responses are confidential, and findings will be compiled into an aggregated report to guide future programming. Participants are encouraged to share the survey broadly with colleagues and peers to ensure diverse representation across roles, organizations, and experiences.
Organizations also have the option to participate as an I Care Survey Distribution Partner. This opportunity provides companies with a unique survey link to share internally, enabling them to contribute to the broader industry data set while also gaining tailored insights into their team’s well-being, including a clearer understanding of employee priorities and overall workplace experience. By participating at the organizational level, companies can take a more active role in shaping both their internal culture and the overall health of the industry.
The survey will remain open through June 11th, 2026.
As an added incentive, participants may opt into a raffle for a chance to win a $250 Amazon e-Gift Card. The drawing will take place on June 12, 2026.
