By sharing the I Care Employee Wellness Survey with your team, you will receive a complementary company-specific assessment report and access to the Align dashboard to review their analysis. Plus – you’ll have access to your organization’s specific results with customized recommendations from INDEAL Cares. These insights will help you determine how to best support your team on their wellness journey.
Our recommended steps for this survey rollout are as follows:
1. Send an Email to All Staff. Communicate to your team that your company is committed to understanding their goals related to health and wellness and that you want to provide support. Download a sample email here.
2. Celebrate Your Commitment to Employee Well-being. Let
your network know about your organization’s role as a Survey Distribution Partner and as a supporter of employee health. Check out the suggested social media posts and images to share during the month of June below.
