  • ½ cup Coconut or Almond Milk

  • 4 tablespoons of raw Cacao Powder

  • 3 tablespoons of Maple Syrup or Honey

  • ½ tsp of Vanilla

  • 1/8 tsp of Sea Salt

Crust How To

  1. Place all the nuts in a bowl. Add water to amply cover the nuts. Let soak overnight. Drain and rinse the nuts.

  3. Pulse the ingredients a few times.

  4. Grind until the ingredients begin to resemble coarse wet sand. Scrape down the sides of the bow as necessary.

  5. To test the consistency, grab a bit of the mixture and squeeze together. If the mixture binds well, it’s ready.

  6. Divide the mixture into 6 and place into the cavities of a regular-sized muffin tray.

  7. Using your fingers, gently press the mixture into the cup. Spreading the mixture evenly on the bottom and up the sides.

  8. Place the filled muffin tray in the freezer while you prepare the filling

  2. Blend until thick and very smooth, scraping down the sides as necessary.

  3. Remove muffin tray from the freezer and fill the 6 nut/seed shells with the filling.

  4. Place the tray back in the freezer for 30 minutes to set and for easy removal.

  5. To remove the tartlets from the pan, run a knife along the edge of the shell and gently remove from muffin tray.

  6. Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.

  7. If desired, garnish with your berry of choice before serving.

  8. Tartlets can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days
