1 large ripe avocado, peeled and seeded
¼ cup cocoa powder, or raw cocoa powder
¼ - ½ cup milk or non dairy milk
1 – 3 tablespoons maple syrup (to your taste)
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon vanilla
Mix all the ingredients in a big speed blender or food processor until creamy. Adding extra milk or non-dairy milk to reach the desired consistency. It will thicken slightly while in the fridge. Or you can just eat it right away!
