Chocolate Avocado Pudding

Check out this delicious, easy to make and healthy snack to satisfy your sweet tooth.


  • 1 large ripe avocado, peeled and seeded

  • ¼ cup cocoa powder, or raw cocoa powder

  • ¼ - ½ cup milk or non dairy milk

  • 1 – 3 tablespoons maple syrup (to your taste)

  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla


  1. Mix all the ingredients in a big speed blender or food processor until creamy.  Adding extra milk or non-dairy milk to reach the desired consistency. It will thicken slightly while in the fridge.  Or you can just eat it right away!
