Rosie’s Kombucha Sunshine Mocktail

I developed this recipe because I didn’t always feel like an alcoholic drink but I always wanted to be celebratory. This Mocktail looks great in a tall glass or flute, is bright and fresh and best of all, festive!

Servings: 1


crushed ice

sprigs mint (extra for garnish)

2 strawberries

1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice

1/4 cup freshly squeezed grapefruit juice

1/2 cup of your favourite Kombucha

sparkling water

wedges of lemon or lime for garnish if desired

How To
  1. Fill glasses with crushed ice.

  2. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint and strawberries.

  3. Add some crushed ice, orange and grapefruit juice and mix.

  4. Add the Kombucha and strain mixture into glass or flute.

  5. Top with sparkling water.

  6. Garnish with citrus slices and/or twists and mint, if desired.

  7. Serve
