1 cup (250ml) your favourite milk (dairy or non-dairy alternative)
½ cup plain yoghurt
1 cup strawberries
2 tablespoons of raw cacao
1 tablespoons hemp seeds
1-2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
Mix it all in a high-speed blender and whip it up until really smooth. Add a bit more milk or water if you want to thin out your smoothie.
