Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Love pumpkin and pumpkin spice? Then how about a nutrient-packed pumpkin spice smoothie? All the warming spices of the season and a little extra boost of protein too. Super easy to make, nutritious and delicious!


  • 1 frozen banana

  • ½ cup Greek yoghurt (plain or vanilla)

  • ½ cup pumpkin puree

  • ½ cup your favourite milk (dairy or non-dairy alternative)

  • 2 tablespoons nut or seed butter

  • Splash of vanilla extract

  • 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey

  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds (optional)

  • 1 scoop of protein powder (optional)

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger

  • Pinch of nutmeg and cloves


Mix it all in a high-speed blender and whip it up until really smooth. Add a bit more milk to think out your smoothie. Feel free to add more spices or sweetener as desired. Sprinkle top with cinnamon. Enjoy!
