Special Equipment: Blender
1 can full-fat coconut milk (14 fl. oz / 400 ml)
2 cups (475 ml) your choice of ripe berries
3-5 tablespoons (45 – 75 ml) real maple syrup
In a blender, mix all the ingredients together until smooth.
Divide and pour the mixture into paleta/popsicle/ice pop molds.
Place in freezer for approximately 6 hours or freeze overnight.
TIP: If you want a chunkier paleta, add some additional chopped berries to the mixture after blending.
